Business development

Drivingforces assists businesses, sport and not for profit organisations to develop revenue raising ideas and strategies.

Business development includes the usual income generating strategies but Drivingforces is used to assist managers to go further and: 

  • Create new and innovative products that are specifically tailored to the client’s customers/members
  • Objectively appraise their organisation’s business and "commercial properties”, their value and analyse potential sponsor prospects.

Executed correctly, business development strategies are also capable of generating significant value in kind (contra) for sport and not profit organisations.
