Capability improvement and capacity building
 

Drivingforces has a high level of first hand experience in assisting businesses, sport and not for profit organisations to evaluate their capability and capacity and using the results of this as a platform to improve both.

It does this by applying a thorough process based on client and stakeholder involvement, research, confidential self evaluation surveys, consultation, reports with recommendations, peer review and client presentations.

The capability evaluation covers a core range of subjects - governance; planning; staffing/HR; administration; relationships – internal and external; IT; benchmarking; best practice; monitoring performance – as well as ones that relate to the client’s specific issues such as the capability of branches/regions.

Conclusions and recommendatins are arrived at only after a through evaluation of evidence based research, consultation and reviews of relevant business/organisational models
