Capability improvement and capacity building
 

Drivingforces has first hand experience in assisting businesses, sport and not for profit organisations to evaluate their capability and capacity and using the results of this as a platform to improve both.

It does this by applying a thorough process based on client and stakeholder involvement, research, confidential self evaluation surveys, consultation, reports with recommendations, peer review and client presentations.

The capability evaluation covers a core range of subjects - governance; planning; staffing/HR; administration; relationships – internal and external; IT; benchmarking; best practice; monitoring performance – as well as ones that relate to the client’s specific issues such as the capability of branches/regions.

Conclusions and recommendatins are arrived at only after a through evaluation of evidence based research, consultation and reviews of relevant business/organisational models
